3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, API keys, and any other credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

API keys are critical credentials that provide access to our services. You must:

• Keep your API keys secure and never share them publicly

• Immediately revoke and regenerate API keys if compromised

By using our service, you grant PoYo AI a limited license to process your prompts and inputs solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your generated content, but you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. Credit-Based Pricing

PoYo AI operates on a flexible credit-based pricing system with no recurring subscriptions. By purchasing credits:

• Credits are non-refundable and never expire
• You only pay for successful API requests; failed requests do not consume credits
• Credit costs vary by AI model and are clearly displayed on our pricing page
• You can purchase additional credits at any time as needed
• Enterprise custom plans are available for high-volume usage

8. Service Level and Availability

We maintain 99.9% uptime and provide enterprise-grade reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Add, modify, or discontinue specific AI models or features
• Implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage
• Temporarily suspend service for security or legal compliance

9. Webhook and Callbacks

Our platform supports webhook callbacks for asynchronous tasks. You are responsible for ensuring your webhook endpoints are secure, properly configured, and can handle the callback volume. We are not liable for failed webhook deliveries due to endpoint issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

PoYo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Content generated through our AI models
• Unauthorized access to your API keys or account
• Any errors, bugs, or service interruptions
• Third-party AI model availability or performance

11. Intellectual Property

The PoYo AI platform, including its original content, features, API structure, and functionality, is owned by PoYo AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our service name, logo, and branding are trademarks of PoYo AI.

12. Data Privacy and Security

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and API access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, but unused credits may not be refunded.

14. Free Playground and Trial

We provide free playground access on model pages for testing purposes. This is intended for evaluation only and subject to usage limits. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
