Introducing PoYo Asset: your creative library for organizing and reusing media

PoYo Asset is now live: a private library for the files you upload and the results you create. Keep project references together, favorite the versions you like, and bring an existing file straight into a supported model's input.

A product photo can become a campaign image, then the starting frame of a video. Asset makes it easier to carry that work forward without searching through downloads and uploading the same files again.

What's new?

  • Upload files, import a public file URL or upload a folder into a collection.
  • Organize references and generated results with collections, favorites, search and filters.
  • Reuse images, video and audio from the library in supported generation inputs.
  • Organize outputs from the results panel and extend eligible results from History or Assets.
  • Use existing reference images in Prism to compare models.

The 13 screenshots below use the English interface and follow the workflow from adding a file to reusing a result. Each caption explains the relevant controls and their positions.

1. Get to know your library

Sign in and open PoYo Assets.

Storage usage appears at the bottom left. Capacity and available actions depend on the active account; for a team, also check your role. If uploads, saving and collection creation are locked, follow the prompt to complete a top-up for that account, then check access again. Browsing existing assets does not require a top-up, provided your role permits access.

2. Add your source material

Upload a file or folder

Choose Upload at the bottom left and select a local file. Assets can hold images, video, audio, documents, 3D models and some other files. Follow the format and size requirements shown on screen.

File upload, URL import and folder upload controls

Figure 2. From left to right: upload files, import a URL and upload a folder. Storage usage sits below.

Use names you will remember, such as spring-launch_white-sneaker_front.png. For a whole batch, use the folder icon on the right. Folder upload creates a collection; starting inside an existing collection creates a new one within it. Files from subfolders are flattened into that collection, so your local folder hierarchy is not reproduced. Review the completed, failed and skipped files when the upload finishes.

Import a public file URL

Click the link icon beside Upload, paste a public HTTP or HTTPS file URL, optionally give it a name, and choose Import. Leaving the name blank keeps the source filename.

Figure 3. Enter the file URL in the first field and an optional name below, then use the import button.

The link must lead to a publicly accessible file. A sharing page that requires sign-in is not the same thing. PoYo checks the file type, size and access conditions before importing.

Generated results can also appear in your library. Check each item's expiry before relying on it for a later project.

3. Find and organize what you need

In All media, search by filename and narrow the results by media type or source: generated, uploaded or URL import. You can also group by date and choose S, M or L cards.

Figure 4. Search at the top, adjust source and display options in the toolbar, and choose a media type below.

To find a product photo, for example, select images and uploaded files, then search for the product name.

Choose New collection, enter a name and confirm with the checkmark. Use the action on an asset card to add it to that collection.

Figure 5. This shows a collection name before it is saved. The checkmark confirms it; the cross cancels.

Try names such as “Spring launch,” “Character references” or “Final deliverables.” Keeping inputs and outputs together makes a project easier to pick up again.

Favorite a file to make it easy to find across projects. It will appear in Favorites.

Figure 6. Favorited files still show their remaining validity. A favorite is a shortcut, not a storage extension.

For several files at once, enter selection mode to download or add them to a collection in bulk. Check the selection before deleting anything.

4. Use a library file in a model

On a model page that supports the asset picker:

  1. Open the add menu in the image, video or audio input.
  2. Choose the option to select from your asset library.
  3. Search, or browse favorites, uploads and collections.
  4. Select a file directly, or open the full library browser and confirm your selection.
  5. Wait for it to load, check the preview and order, then enter your prompt and generation settings.

Figure 8. Step 3: find a file in the quick picker, or choose Browse full assets at the bottom right.

Figure 9. Step 4: select the image and confirm with the button at the bottom right. The input determines how many files you can add.

Creative taskWhere existing assets help
Image generation and editingProduct, character or style references in supported GPT Image, Nano Banana and Seedream inputs
Image-to-videoStarting frames, ending frames or references in compatible Kling, Veo and Seedance modes
Video processingExisting clips for supported upscaling, background removal and translation tools
Audio creation and processingSource audio for supported continuation, cover, remix and vocal tools
Image-to-3DReference images in compatible Meshy, Tripo and Hunyuan inputs

Each input keeps its own format, size and file-count limits. Storing a document or 3D file in Assets does not make it a valid input for every model; the shared generation picker primarily handles images, video and audio. If a file is unavailable, check its expiry, the input limits and the active account. If the generation input has expired, select the file again.

5. Keep good results ready for another round

Organize from the results panel

Supported output panels let you favorite a result or add it to a collection immediately.

Unfavorite and Add to collection actions beneath a generated result

Figure 10. “Unfavorite” means this result is already a favorite. “Add to collection” places it in a project collection.

Check expiry separately

Open an output preview in History to see its expiry. Eligible results offer Extend 30 days there and on asset cards.

Figure 11. The bottom of the preview shows the expiry date and the extension action for an eligible result.

An extension stores a separate copy for 30 days from successful completion and counts toward your asset storage.

Figure 12. Review the storage and retention details before confirming the extension.

Favoriting a file or adding it to a collection does not change its expiry. Generated results normally last about three days; the time shown on each item is what matters. Extend eligible results before they expire, or download a local copy. Expired results, unavailable sources and items already extended may not qualify for another extension.

Compare models in Prism

In Prism, open the add-reference-image menu and choose the asset library.

Figure 13. Prism offers the same library entry and shows its reference-image limits in the menu.

Prism currently accepts up to four JPEG, PNG or WebP references, no larger than 10 MiB each. Using the same references makes it easier to compare how models handle the subject, style and details.

Try it on your next campaign

Upload your sneaker photos into a “Spring launch” collection. Use a supported image model to create campaign visuals, then favorite your best versions and add them to the same collection. Pick one as the input for an image-to-video model. Finally, organize the outputs, extend anything you still need to work on and download your deliverables.
